About K12 Alerts
K12 Alerts is a local company from White Plains dedicated to provide school districts the tools to schedule, send and track emergency notifications and routine communications to parents, guardians, community and staff , by text (via e-mail and text to cell phones) and voice.
In addition to messaging, K12 Alerts also offers districts two data management where parents and staff can access and maintain both their own and their child’s emergency information online. "The responsibility lies with the parents to update their information, taking the administrative burden off the school," said Gregory Bender, president and CEO of K12 Alerts.

K12 Alerts® Product 1: Email, Text to Cell Phones and “My Account System” for Emergency and Routine Notifications and Contact Management – Gold Service – Unlimited messages, unlimited parent, staff and community member account sign-ups. Newsletter tools and reports.
K12 Alerts® Product 2: Email Emergency and Routine Notification – Silver – Newsletter tools and reports.
K12 Alerts® Product 3: Phone Alerts – Gold Service – Unlimited messages up to 4 phone numbers per student. Call reports. Daily attendance calls available.
K12 Alerts® Product 4: Phone Alerts – Silver Service – Unlimited messages up to 2 phone numbers per student. Call reports.
K12 Alerts® Product 5: Student Emergency Data Collection – Also called Blue Cards, gives parents/guardians the ability to go on-line and update emergency contact information, demographic, and NCLB information facilitating the district the collection and verification of such.
