When contacting the appropriate Whiteboard Vendor Support directly, please note the following: 

  • Have the serial number of the board available
  • From the room where the board is located, call the appropriate Tech Support phone number listed below to report and troubleshoot the problem 
  • Most of the issues can be resolved via a telephone conversation 
  • If parts are needed, Tech Support will determine the best course of action.
