Financial Management Services
The LHRIC supports Finance Manager’s nVision software, which provides business offices with the ability to manage financial, human resources and other business operations. The LHRIC service provides initial and ongoing training, workshops, user groups, telephone and, when applicable, on-site support. LHRIC provides a dedicated financial help desk, and facilitates meetings with TRS, ERS and the IRS.
The software can be hosted at the LHRIC or at the district's Windows Server. Finance Manager provides payroll, human resources, negotiations, budget projections, remote requisitioning, purchasing, accounts payables and receivables, bidding, general ledger, time management, GASB34 reporting modules, report writing capabilities and interface with Excel. Finance Manager allows for software interfaces to Omni and Frontline’s attendance product (formerly known as AESOP). The TimePiece module allows you to choose from a variety of methods to capture time and also interfaces with the payroll module. A web-based employee self-service portal is also available.

nVision
nVision Finance Manager and Module is a software that allows business offices the ability to manage finances, human resources, and other business operations. Partnered with the LHRIC, nVision has a multitude of features, including initial/ongoing training, workshops, user groups, telephone and occasional onsite support, a financial helpdesk, and meetings with TRS, ERS and IRS. OptiGate
OptiGate is a self-service portal that provides employees password protected access to personal, payroll, benefits, credential, attendance tracking, and interactive service at any time on your site via the web. With the LHRIC, users have access to maintaining/adding employee profiles, viewing/updating personal information (demographics, personal contact information, etc.), payroll, benefit/credential information, attendance, and timeline.
