Data Warehousing
Remote Capability should not impact daily work / loading of data from Level 0 and to the State.
Loading Schedule:
- Monday thru Thursday:
- Data Sent to DW L1 by 2:30 PM will display in L1 Reports the following day
- will display in L2RPT Reports Monday AM
- Friday:
- Data Sent to DW L1 by 2:30 PM will display in L1 Reports the following day
- will display in L2RPT Reports a week from Monday AM
State Reporting
Remote Capability should not be impacted as staff should be able to support districts remotely via email and phone if needed
L1 Verification Report Quick Guide for identifying students enrolled in AP/IB/Dual Credit coursework and student’s at risk of not graduating due to missing/failed Regents exams.
Testing Services
Remote capability will be somewhat limited. If there is a need for obtaining paper-based answer sheets, labels etc. let us know, but we may have to wait to prepare materials until we reopen. We will be monitoring email and phone / incidents to support and answer your questions. Computer based testing will also be supported remotely.
The New York State Education Department (NYSED) has now suspended the below Spring 2020 state exams for the rest of the school year.

This suspension for the remainder of the school year applies to the following New York State testing programs:
- NYS Grades 3-8 English Language Arts Test;
- NYS Grades 3-8 Mathematics Test;
- NYS Grade 4 Elementary-Level Science Test;
- NYS Grade 8 Intermediate-Level Science Test;
- NYS English as a Second Language Achievement Test (NYSESLAT) in Grades K-12; and
- NYS Alternate Assessment (NYSAA) for students with severe cognitive disabilities in Grades 3-8 and high school.
