The Student Services and Data Department is made up of an eclectic group of highly trained and experienced professionals.  With our countless years of experience in handling student data, we have acquired an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of school districts. This first-hand knowledge combined with our genuine desire for each school district to be successful in reaching their goals, we provide the special attention that is needed to manage the complex information at both the school and district level.

Our department encompasses the teams of Customer Service, Test Scoring, State Reporting, and Data Warehouse, all of whom offer a wide variety of products, services and support. Our department has many years of experience in educational regulations and technology. We are subject matter experts on all state and federal reporting requirements, acting as district advocates with vendors, SED, and other organizations.

The Student Services team supports eSchoolData, Infinite Campus, eSchoolPLUS, and PowerSchool. These student management systems enable districts to provide schedules, transcripts, report cards, attendance, and other major district and state required reports. We conduct focus groups to bring districts together to hear first hand from vendors and LHRIC staff important topics relevant to district personnel. We keep abreast of developments in the Education field by reviewing new student management systems as they come to market.

The Data team  provides reports, support, training and events around the LHRIC Level 1 Data Warehouse in order to improve student achievement. We assist districts in the processing of assessments, as well as the verification and loading of student and assessment data through the various levels of the data warehouse required for state reporting. Demographic, enrollment, program services, assessments,  special education snapshots, and events data result in reports and district New York State report cards.
