Instructional Technology at LHRIC Welcome to LHRIC Instructional Services. LHRIC, in conjunction with strategic partners around the State, is prepared to support your efforts related to RTI, Common Core, APPR, 21st Century Skills, and other highly demanding legislative requirements. We currently are mobilizing internal expertise and cooperating with RICs and BOCES across the State, as well as SED and vendor partners, to ensure we can position ourselves efficiently and economically in reaction to your needs around new State and Federal initiatives.
