Service Request Reports
Component districts can access their Service Request Reports Online. This service includes:
- An Open Call Report which includes all open service requests pending resolution.
- A Closed Call Report which lists all of the service requests that have been opened and closed (resolved) within a specified date range.
- Single Ticket Call Report which includes all call details of a specified service request number.
Accessing the Reports
- Reports include all calls entered into our BOCES Help Desk for your school district and do not include any Express service requests.
- Go to the website - Help Desk Reports
- Enter in User ID and Password (provided to you by your district Technology Coordinator)
